Habstone Real Estate is an office fit-out in Dubai Media City. Rectangle Interiors delivered the space planning, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. A free-zone address means the fit-out is approved by the zone authority rather than the municipality.

Habstone's Media City office is a client-facing workplace in a free-zone district built for media and marketing businesses. The address carries a certain expectation, and the reception is where that gets answered.
We designed and delivered the fit-out with the joinery made in-house. Free-zone approvals were part of our scope alongside the construction.
Free-zone districts approve fit-outs through their own authority, and Media City buildings are let to businesses that expect an open, collaborative floor rather than cellular offices. That pushes the acoustic work into the ceiling and the furniture instead of the walls.
The floor was handed over with its enclosed rooms complete, so the business could occupy an open plan without waiting on a second phase.
