Il Baretto in Riyadh is an Italian restaurant delivered outside the UAE, which puts the emphasis on planning: approvals, local trades and logistics all have to be settled before the interior work can proceed on any useful timescale.
We delivered the design and the fit-out, with the joinery made in our workshop and transported to site so the detailing matched what was specified.
Working in Saudi Arabia puts the emphasis on what is fixed before mobilisation: approvals, local suppliers and shipping windows. A site team cannot resolve a missing item the way it might on a Dubai job.
Shipping and approvals were fixed before mobilisation, which is what stops a cross-border job losing weeks to an item that cannot be sourced locally.
