What is Josette?
Josette is a restaurant in ICD Brookfield Place, DIFC, Dubai. Rectangle Interiors took it from concept design through construction, including the bar and the bespoke millwork. A DIFC address means the fit-out is approved through the district's own authority.

Josette is in ICD Brookfield Place, a DIFC office tower with a curated ground-floor F&B offer. That puts the restaurant in front of a weekday business audience and an evening destination crowd, and the room has to serve both.
Our scope was the interior, the construction and the fitted joinery, coordinated with the building's own fit-out and approval requirements.
Ground-floor F&B in an office tower serves two trades in one day — a fast weekday lunch and a slower evening — so the plan has to work at both speeds. DIFC approvals and the building's own delivery rules govern the programme.
The bar, the host stand and the fitted seating were built in our workshop and installed inside the tower's scheduled access windows.
