What is Ramada Hotel?
Ramada Hotel is a hotel interior in Downtown Dubai. Rectangle Interiors delivered the interior design, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. Design, fit-out and joinery were delivered by a single in-house team.

Downtown hotels serve a mix of business and visitor trade, so the public areas have to work for someone checking in with luggage and someone using the lobby as a meeting room at the same time.
The hotel was never taken out of service, with the interior, the fit-out and joinery from our own workshop delivered around it.
A public area serving two kinds of guest at once has to hold both without either feeling displaced — seating that works for a laptop at eleven and a group at eight. Downtown also means deliveries are scheduled around a congested address.
The public areas were handed back in stages so the property kept trading, and the seating was specified for a room used at both ends of the day.
