What is Villa Community?
Villa Community is a villa interior in Dubai South. Rectangle Interiors delivered the interior design, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. Work in a managed community runs to the developer's approvals and contractor access rules.

Dubai South is still filling in around its residents. Houses here are bought early in a community's life, so the interior tends to be the thing that makes a new-build feel settled rather than provisional.
We covered design, construction, joinery and furniture as one package, with the fitted elements made in our own workshop.
The rooms taken on here were the two living areas, the kitchen, the girl's bedroom, the prayer room, the powder room and the master and family washrooms — effectively the whole house rather than a set of feature spaces.
The house was handed over finished, which in a community still filling in around its residents means the owners were not living alongside trades after moving in.
