Villa Nova is a villa interior in Dubai. Rectangle Interiors delivered the interior design, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. Design, fit-out and joinery were delivered by a single in-house team.

Villa Nova is a full residential interior delivered end to end. The value of taking a house as a single commission is that the joinery, the finishes and the furniture are resolved together rather than in sequence by separate parties.
We handled the design, the build and everything fitted, and the house was handed over furnished.
Delivering a house end to end means one team is answerable for the whole of it — design decisions carry through to what is built, and the junctions between trades do not become a negotiation. The client has one programme and one point of contact.
The fitted joinery throughout was made in our own workshop, and the villa was handed over finished rather than as a series of separate completions.
