Emirates Financial Towers is a DIFC address, and for a brokerage that matters commercially — the office is part of how the firm presents itself to clients and counterparties. The plan gives the client-facing rooms the frontage and puts the desks behind them.
We delivered the design, the fit-out and the joinery. DIFC fit-outs run to the centre's own approval process on top of the landlord's, and both sat inside our scope.
DIFC runs its own building and fit-out authority, so drawings are approved there rather than by Dubai Municipality, and the process has its own timetable. A brokerage floor also carries unusual power and data density, which has to be resolved against what the base build provides.
The reception and the fitted joinery were made off site and installed complete, keeping the noisier trades in the building for as short a period as the tower's management allows.
