Billionaire Mansion

Billionaire Mansion is a restaurant and entertainment venue in Downtown Dubai, which is a more demanding brief than a dining room: the space has to work for a seated service early and a very different atmosphere later the same night.

The bar and the fitted joinery were built to take the wear a venue running on that model gets, as part of an interior and fit-out delivered end to end.

An entertainment venue carries technical content a house never does: sound systems that have to be designed into the fabric, lighting control across several moods, and a plan that moves large numbers of people between areas without congestion.

The fitted joinery, bar fronts and seating were made in our workshop, which is the only reliable way to build the curved and repeated elements a venue of this kind depends on.
