Binary Tower - Office is an office fit-out in Business Bay. Rectangle Interiors delivered the space planning, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. The fit-out was designed inside the building's shell and approved against the landlord's rules.

The Binary Tower office is a fit-out in a Business Bay commercial building, where the shell sets the grid and the interior works within it. Column positions and core placement decide the plan far more than preference does.
We handled design, construction and joinery under one contract. Approvals in a tower of this kind run through building management as well as the authorities, and we carried that alongside the build.
A shell hands you fixed columns, a fixed core and a set of service points, and the plan has to work with them rather than around them. Partitions land where the ceiling grid and the sprinklers allow, which is why the services drawing usually settles the layout.
Fitted storage, the reception desk and the meeting-room joinery were built in our workshop to the dimensions the shell actually offered.
