What is Boulevard Apartment?
Boulevard Apartment is an apartment interior in Downtown Dubai. Rectangle Interiors handled the interior design, the fit-out and the fitted joinery. Design, fit-out and joinery were delivered by a single in-house team.

An apartment on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard is a compact plan with a strong view, and the two pull against each other: the layout wants to open towards the glazing, but the floor area does not allow much waste. Resolving that is most of the design work.
In an apartment this size built-in joinery is the difference between comfortable and cramped, so the storage and fitted furniture were made to measure within the wider interior and fit-out.
Downtown towers control access tightly: lifts are booked, deliveries are scheduled, and nothing oversized reaches the floor without being planned for. Joinery is designed in sections that fit a service lift, then assembled in the apartment.
Everything fitted was made in our own workshop and dry-fitted before delivery, because a compact plan leaves no room to correct a piece that arrives wrong.
