What is Burj Al Arab?
Burj Al Arab is a restaurant in Jumeirah Dubai. Rectangle Interiors took it from concept design through construction, including the bar and the bespoke millwork. Design, fit-out and joinery were delivered by a single in-house team.

There is no more scrutinised building in Dubai to work inside. A restaurant in the Burj Al Arab is held to the hotel's own standard on every detail, and the site logistics — access, deliveries, working hours — are governed absolutely by the property.
Coordination ran through the hotel throughout rather than only at handover, and the joinery was made in our workshop to suit those access constraints.
Working inside a property of that standing means every material, every method statement and every delivery is approved before it reaches the building, and the work happens without any of it becoming visible to guests. There is no margin for improvisation on site.
Everything was pre-assembled and dry-fitted before it reached the property, so what happened on site was installation against a checked drawing rather than adjustment in front of guests.
