What is Dubai South Villas?
Dubai South Villas is a group of villas in South, Dubai. Rectangle Interiors delivered the interior design, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. Design, fit-out and joinery were delivered by a single in-house team.

Several villas in Dubai South, delivered together. Working across a group at once means the detailing has to be decided once and then held, because a variation in one unit is visible against the others.
We designed and built the interiors, producing the joinery in batches so the same detail arrived the same way in every house.
Delivering several houses at once turns the detail into a system: the same wardrobe section, the same kitchen carcass and the same skirting junction repeat across every villa, so they are drawn once and made as a run. A detail that is wrong is wrong several times over.
The joinery for the group was made together in our workshop, which is what keeps the last house identical to the first and the programme predictable across all of them.
