Approvals went through Abu Dhabi's authorities as part of the scope, with the joinery made in our workshop and the interior and fit-out delivered out of emirate.
An international chef's group brings its own standards for the kitchen as well as the dining room, and delivering inside an Abu Dhabi hotel means those standards are cleared with the property's engineering team and the emirate's authority both.
The kitchen standards were cleared with the hotel's engineering team and the emirate's authority in parallel, and the restaurant was handed over as an operating unit.
