What is Mott 32?
Mott 32 is a restaurant in Address Beach Resort, JBR. Rectangle Interiors took it from concept design through construction, including the bar and the bespoke millwork. The work was carried out inside an operating property, in the access windows it allowed.

Mott 32 has an established design identity that travels between cities, so the work at the Address Beach Resort in JBR was as much interpretation as invention — holding the brand's language while fitting it to this building and this operator.
The resort's operations team was part of the coordination as much as the restaurant's, and the joinery and millwork were produced in-house within the interior and fit-out.
A travelling design identity has to be reproduced precisely while fitting a resort tower's structure and services. Where the two conflict, the resolution has to keep the brand's detail intact rather than simplify it.
Where the brand's detail met the tower's structure, the resolution kept the detail and moved the services — the opposite of the usual compromise.
