Oil Serv is an office fit-out in One by Omniyat. Rectangle Interiors delivered the space planning, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. The fit-out was designed inside the building's shell and approved against the landlord's rules.

The building's approval requirements were carried alongside the construction, in a package covering design, fit-out and joinery.
Technical businesses tend to need more storage and more meeting space than their headcount suggests — drawings, samples and equipment all have to live somewhere the working floor can reach. Planning for that early keeps it out of the corridors later.
Storage walls, the reception and the meeting-room joinery were made in our workshop and installed as complete runs.
