The scope covered interior design, fit-out, joinery and furnishing, delivered complete.
The rooms designed here were the foyer, the hall and the stair, and the bedrooms beyond them — the arrival sequence and the private floor, which is where a villa of this kind is actually judged.
The fitted joinery was made in our own workshop, and working again in a community whose approval process and access hours we already knew took a familiar cause of delay out of the programme.
