Dubai Hills Estate is a golf-course community built around generous plots, and a private villa here is usually bought as a long-term family home rather than as an investment. The interior was planned on that basis, for how the house would actually be lived in.
Our scope was the complete interior — layout, finishes, bespoke joinery and furniture — carried by one team from first drawings to handover.
A golf-course plot puts the pressure on the rear elevation: the rooms facing the course carry the house, and the plan is arranged so services and storage sit away from that side. Estate rules also govern anything visible from the fairway.
Wardrobes, the kitchen and the fitted storage were made in our own workshop, and the villa was handed over complete rather than trade by trade.
