What is Polestar?
Polestar is a brand showroom in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. Rectangle Interiors delivered the space planning, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. As a mall unit it was built to the landlord's fit-out guidelines and handed over against a fixed opening date.

A Polestar space in Mall of the Emirates is closer to a brand showroom than a conventional shop: fewer objects, more room around them, and a fit-out expected to hold the manufacturer's international standard exactly.
We built it to that specification, producing the joinery and display elements ourselves and working to the mall's fit-out access windows.
A brand space inside a mall answers to two rulebooks at once: the brand's own standards and the landlord's fit-out guidelines, including the hoarding line, the handover date and what may be delivered when. Display lighting is specified against the product rather than the room.
Display plinths, the counter and the fitted joinery were built in our workshop and installed inside the mall's night-work window.
