Qurtaj Villa - Furjan

Furjan is a mid-density villa community, so the houses are generous without being estates. That makes the interior a question of proportion rather than scale — getting the built-in elements right at a size where an over-scaled detail would dominate the room.

The scope covered design, fit-out, joinery and furnishing. Everything fitted was made to the house's own dimensions in our workshop.

The design ran through the whole house: the main reception, the wet kitchen, the master bedroom with its wardrobe and washroom, the guest room, the children's rooms and their washrooms, the family study lounge, the powder room and the landscape outside.

The house was handed over complete, landscape included, rather than as an interior with the outside still to follow.
