Time Square is an office fit-out in One by Omniyat, Dubai. Rectangle Interiors delivered the space planning, the fit-out and the bespoke joinery. The fit-out was designed inside the building's shell and approved against the landlord's rules.

We handled the interior, the construction and the fitted joinery under one contract.
A recent commercial building gives you services that are where the drawings say they are, which shifts the work from correction to coordination. The remaining constraint is the tower's own rules on lift access, delivery times and noise.
Reception, meeting rooms and the fitted storage were made in our workshop and installed within the building's scheduled access windows.
