Vision Tower

Vision Tower is a Business Bay commercial building, and an office fit-out inside it works to the shell the tower provides. The core, the columns and the servicing set the plan before any design decision is made.

We delivered the interior, the construction and the joinery under one contract, and carried the building-management approvals alongside the build.

Commercial landlords set out what a tenant may change and what must be left alone — ceilings, sprinklers, façade and risers are usually theirs — so the fit-out is designed inside that boundary and approved against it before work begins.

The reception desk, meeting-room joinery and storage were built in our own workshop, and the fit-out was handed over against the landlord's own inspection as well as the client's.
